Nestled in the heart of Bel Air, Maryland, Winters Run Golf Club offers a charming country setting for your special occasions.
Our largest event space, The Pavilion, accommodates up to 150+ guests—perfect for weddings, celebrations, and large gatherings. For smaller events, The Covered Patio comfortably seats up to 40+ guests. We also offer intimate spaces such as the Conference Room, The Turn Restaurant, and the Outside Patio for meetings, private dinners, or casual get-togethers.
At Winters Run, our experienced staff are experts in event planning and hospitality. All catering is provided onsite and managed by our Head Chef and banquet team, who will personally oversee every detail to ensure a flawless event.
While Winters Run Golf Club is a private club, membership is not required to host a private function with us.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion offers a stunning outdoor venue with breathtaking views of Bel Air, perfect for any special event. This spacious area can accommodate up to 120+ guests, making it ideal for weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings.
The space features a mobile bar, outdoor tables and chairs, and a customizable setup to suit your event’s unique needs. With its open-concept design, guests enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of our beautiful property, creating a memorable backdrop for your celebration.
The Covered Patio
The Covered Patio is a versatile space perfect for dinners, cocktails, or small receptions. Enclosed with glass windows and equipped with built-in heaters during the winter months, it offers a comfortable and cozy environment year-round.
This charming area also serves as an additional dining space for our members, providing a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views and easy access to the outdoors.
The Outside Patio & Firepit
The Outside Patio is a distinctive and cozy space that can accommodate up to 40+ guests. With seating arranged around the firepit, it creates a warm and inviting ambiance—an exceptional feature that our guests love.
This area is perfect for small receptions, intimate dinner gatherings, or business meetings, offering ample outdoor dining space in a relaxed and picturesque setting.
The Turn Restaurant
The Turn Restaurant offers a private, inviting space ideal for cocktail hours or intimate gatherings.
Featuring a private bar, it can comfortably accommodate up to 60 guests, providing the perfect setting for your next event.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is an intimate and well-appointed space, ideal for business meetings or smaller gatherings. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, providing a focused and private setting.
